Three Branches Institute

About

The Three Branches Institute (3BI) is a history, government, and civics-focused educator professional development opportunity hosted jointly by the Supreme Court Historical Society, White House Historical Association, and U.S. Capitol Historical Society.

This year’s 3BI features site visits, discussions with historians, and shared resources designed to support teaching and learning about the people, events, and processes that have shaped the three branches of government in the United States, with a particular content focus on the evolution of governance in the Gilded Age.
